Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. AI Catalog is a companion mobile application designed to interact directly with your self-managed online store (PrestaShop).
The application does not collect, store, share, or sell any type of personal or sensitive information to third parties under any circumstances.
Processed Data and Permissions
To ensure correct functionality and usage license control, the application uses the following resources:
- Unique Device Identifier: We send a custom HTTP header (
X-App-Device-Unique-Id) in a completely anonymous manner to our validation servers to manage and control the active license on your device. This identifier is not associated with any personal information of the user. - Camera and Gallery Access: The app requests camera permissions for the sole purpose of scanning barcodes (to quickly locate products). Gallery/file permission is only required to upload local product images to the server.
- Data Flow: All your product information and images are processed on the device and sent directly and exclusively to the PrestaShop server configured by you. At no point do your commercial data pass through servers external to your shop or those of your license provider.
